Ryan Wheeler serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Delivery at FCA, a role within the Administrative Pillar under the leadership of Chief Administrative Officer Brandon Harvath. In this position, Ryan provides global leadership for FCA’s Project Management Office, aligning cross-functional projects with the ministry’s mission while ensuring operational scalability, governance, and a high-performance culture across FCA worldwide.
Ryan’s journey with FCA began in 2004 when a Little League coach invited him to camp — the place where he made the life-changing decision to follow Christ. From that moment, his walk with the Lord and his connection to FCA have been inseparable. He served as a Huddle leader in both high school and college, later joining FCA staff in San Diego and most recently serving as Regional Director of Advancement for the Pacific Southwest. At each stage, Ryan has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing the mission of leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
Ryan and his wife, Alex, are the proud parents of three children: Lawson, Stevie, and Kase. As a family, they are eager to embrace this new season of ministry leadership with FCA, trusting God to continue using their story to impact coaches and athletes around the world.
