
Kevin Mark serves as Chief Advancement Officer at FCA, providing spiritual leadership, direction, and support to staff as they develop strategies that advance the vision and mission of the ministry. In this role, Kevin ensures organizational effectiveness by leading strategically, collaboratively, and tactically, bringing focus and alignment to critical areas that empower field staff to execute ministry plans with excellence. He models FCA’s core values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork, and Excellence in every interaction with staff, donors, volunteers, coaches, and athletes, ensuring the ministry operates according to biblical standards and organizational priorities.
Kevin brings 19 years of dedicated service to FCA, including the past eight as Vice President of Texas FCA, following impactful leadership roles in Colorado. His nearly two decades on staff reflect a deep commitment to advancing the Gospel through sports and equipping coaches and athletes to grow in their relationship with Christ.
Born into a globally mobile family, Kevin spent his formative years around the world before attending high school in South Florida. He went on to play college football as a kicker at Colorado State University. Now rooted in Richardson, Texas, Kevin and his wife, Karlie, are raising their three daughters — Mollie, Lucy, and Olive.
Driven by a lifelong love of competition, Kevin thrives on challenges of all kinds. A three-time amateur national champion in pickleball, he brings the same passion and energy to ministry that he brings to the court, inspiring coaches, athletes, and staff across Texas and beyond.
